Self-Paced Certification Courses

Our self-paced courses are designed to fit your schedule. We want you to start with confidence, knowing that if a course is not the right fit, you have a clear path to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund on a self-paced course, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • You have accessed less than 25% of the course content.
  • You have not requested or been issued an exam voucher, exam kit, or certification prep bundle.

Requests that do not meet all three conditions will not be approved. We recommend reviewing the course outline and speaking with our team before enrolling if you have any uncertainty about fit.

Instructor-Led Cohort Programs

Our cohort programs include live sessions, instructor feedback, mock exams, and community access. Because these programs involve real resources and scheduled delivery, our refund window reflects that structure.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund on an instructor-led cohort program, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • You have accessed less than 25% of any pre-recorded or supplementary content.
  • You have not attended more than one live session.
  • You have not requested or been issued an exam voucher, exam kit, or certification prep bundle.

Requests that do not meet all four conditions will not be approved.

Rescheduling and Cancellations by ProScholer

ProScholer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort session in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the affected session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to learners. We will communicate any changes promptly and clearly.

Corporate and Team Enrollment Programs

For organizations enrolling multiple team members, refund terms are outlined in the applicable service agreement or corporate proposal. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact us at hello@proscholer.com for clarification.

Scrum, Agile, and Certification Sprint Programs

For programs such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and related sprint-based certification tracks, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • You have not attended any live session or accessed any cohort materials.

ProScholer reserves the right to reschedule or adjust session timing due to unavoidable circumstances. Any rescheduled session will be communicated clearly and completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same course or program, please contact us immediately at hello@proscholer.com. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded in full through the original payment method within 10 working days of your verified request.

How to Request a Refund

Submitting a refund request is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ProScholer account and go to My Courses.
  2. Locate the course and select Initiate Refund. This option is available for single-course purchases.
  3. If you purchased multiple courses in one order, contact our support team directly via the Help and Support section on our website or email support@proscholer.com.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 working days.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take 5 to 10 working days after approval.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.
  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed.
  • Programs where an exam voucher or certification kit has been issued.
  • Cohort programs where more than one live session has been attended.
  • Add-on services including career consulting, resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, and mentorship sessions once delivered.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases unless a specific guarantee was stated at the time of sale.
